Our reports start from £75 for a two room, unfurnished property.

Our check-outs are charged at half the original price.

We do not recommend re-using an inventory and would want to produce an up-to-date document for every tenancy.  Providing we have produced the original document and the check-out we will produce the subsequent report at half the price.
